Mutton

If you love game meat, then no doubt you must love lamb or mutton, perhaps even both. Nothing comes close to game meat (deer, rabbit, etc.) like mutton. You are probably aware that mutton is meat from a domestic sheep that is older than one year. Unlike lamb, this meat is tougher but still tender for the average meat lover.

One thing that stands out for it is its strong flavor. While not everyone might find this to be an advantage, we have identified with what our consumers are after and have chased after satisfying exactly that.

Evidently, that has informed our sourcing to ensure we meet the needs of our customers (assuming you get to taste our mutton).
