FOOD TRACEABILITY

All our meat products are tracked through all the processes to ensure maximum results to the consumer. We believe that not part of the process is of lesser value, and so we give full attention to the process in full.
We work closely with pastoralists, who are our suppliers, to ensure the animals supplied to us are bred according to proper guidelines.

Our partners include certified veterinarians who inspect the animals before and after they have been slaughtered. Our staff at the abattoirs observe quality hygiene and halal standards.
