ABOUT KENMEAT

BRIEF HISTORY

KenMeat is the largest slaughterhouse and meat processing facility in Eastern and Central Africa. It is established under the export processing authority based in Export Processing Zone EPZ Athi-River, Kenya which is close to the airport, just about 15 minutes drive.

It is an integrated abattoir spread across 5 acre plot; operating a modern integrated meat processing complex incorporating livestock stockyards, mechanized abattoirs, carcass chillers, deboning, blast freezing, packing and cold room warehouses sections.
