For sourcing the cattle, sheep, and goat, we have developed strong and long-lasting relationship with our suppliers and therefore facilitate us in selecting healthy animals and high quality of herds; which ensures us to be renowned for providing top quality meat.
Once purchased, the cattle are collected and transported to our factories by trucks making use of transportation techniques which are designed to ensure minimum levels of stress to cattle/goats/ sheep.
- Upon arrival, each animal is inspected by Government Vet and Marked
- This information is captured into our database from which we are then able to keep track of each individual animal
- Tracking all the way through the lairage to slaughtering
